The best #leaders, those who #flourishandlead, find creative ways to engage with teams and connect with those they serve. They find ways to add something genuine when they speak and to say it with a gentle tone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, today I challenge you to think about you have been kind…and maybe how you might have missed an opportunity. Think about how you might do better next time with those you encounter. It might be with the helper, a customer service representative, the person at the grocery check out line, or anywhere.
