When seasons change, there are opportunities for leaders.
Many might use their calendars to be a reminder to pause and regroup. Doing so will ensure that they are alert and proactive in their service to others. Thus, it is important that leaders schedule time out. In short, this might mean taking breaks, vacations, and pauses.
Now more than ever leaders need to find renewal and regroup. This will help each one ensure that there is a renewed perspective, understanding, and engagement with teams and colleagues.
