Leading With Intention

The beginning of the year of the perfect time to reinvigorate leading with focus. Leaders can re-tool their skills and interests to prioritize next steps.

With the turn of the calendar every year, one of the primary objectives of every leader is to reinforce their purpose. Setting that intent can be followed by action. But, these early steps can become moot points if there is not an underlying intention set daily.

Leaders committed to their purpose – and motivating their teams – must have a keen focus in daily reinforced intentions. These might be mantras, reiterated core values, or recommitted perspectives. No matter the angle, leaders must take a turn at making sure their priorities are set into motion.
