About Dawn
Dawn McCoy is a dynamic thought leader, speaker, author, influencer, and podcast host who has nearly three decades of experience in the public sector and as a non-profit executive. She is a gubernatorial appointee, was elected to the Sacramento School Board, and has served in other executive roles. She is a tireless advocate committed to helping women aspiring to leadership roles.
She founded Flourish Leadership Group to cultivate leadership and communication skills. Dawn is a charismatic speaker and through her remarks, she enlightens and inspires audiences.
