Any leader knows that perilous trials are part of life’s journey. We don’t often have the option to select which life experiences to have or not. We just must go through the roadway before us.
In that way, we must have the tenacity to withstand unanswered questions. We must have the wherewithal to ask and watch for the unspoken clues. Life’s trials have a way of making us stronger, just sharpening us enough that we can get to the next step of life’s lessons learned. It is that “aha” moment of understanding and awareness. At that intersection of understanding and conscious mindfulness, we can see that the perilous is part of the beautiful path that we leave behind.
So, we must persevere despite the unknown. Leaders courageous go into the darkness of paths having the knowledge that they do not always have the answers.
